USTOA $1 Million Consumer Protection Plan

Sunny Land Tours and all its subsidiaries are members of the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), which requires all Active Members to participate in a $1 Million Consumer Protection Plan. 

The purpose of the plan is to protect the deposits and payments made by consumers to an Active Member for tour packages sold by the active member in the event of such Active Member's bankruptcy or insolvency, as defined in the Rules and Regulations of USTOA, and the failure to provide the tour package. Pursuant to the Plan, Sunny Land Tours has furnished USTOA with $1,000,000 of security which is available to protect retail customers of Sunny Land Tours against defaults covered under the Plan. The Plan is subject to certain limitations and conditions.
