Reservations and
Payments:
A non-refundable $200 per person deposit is required at time of
booking and additional non-refundable deposit of $400 may be
required on air-inclusive packages to comply with airline ticket
deadlines. Final payment is due 30 days prior to departure. All
prices exclude surcharges during the period of Dec. 10, 2001
through Jan. 06, 2002 levied by airlines and affect features, payments
and cancellation conditions. Air tickets are non-refundable once
issued.
Air Transportation:
Round trip flights by Lacsa Airlines, Continental Airlines,
American Airlines, United Airlines or any IATA airline, which
cannot be held responsible for any act, omission, or event
during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft.
Documentation:
A valid passport is required of U.S. citizens for travel. A
tourist card will be provided on the plane prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
Cancellation within 30 days of departure date will be subject to
a minimum of 25% of tour cost plus any penalties levied by
Airlines or Hotels. No refunds can be given for cancellation
within 14 days of departure date. Unused tour features are
neither refundable nor exchangeable once the tour is in
progress. Cancellation Protection Plan is available and highly

Transfers and Sightseeing:
A complete program is offered throughout each tour as shown
within the itineraries. Entrance fees to places of interest as
well as lunches on full day outings where specified are included
in the tour cost.
Tour
guides: The services of competent local guides and hosts are
provided on all tours.
Tipping: All
gratuities and handling charges to hotel staff, porters,
chambermaids and waiters are included. Tipping on board cruise
ships is not included and personal tipping to guides is left at
passenger’s discretion.
Not included: Tour
prices do not include items not specified above: passports,
meals not included in tour, airport and Port taxes, tips,
laundry, mineral water, excess baggage, and items of purely
personal nature.
Refunds: Since all
tours are on the basis of inclusive arrangements, no refund can
be considered or given for any absence from the tour or any
unused services or meals, once the tour has commenced and is en
route unless special arrangements have been made at time of
booking. Any and all claims for refund are to be made only to
the booking office, as no agents, representatives, guides, or
any other persons, are authorized to make or promise to make any
change or alteration of the official conditions and regulations.
No claim can be considered if not made within 60 days from
completion of tour. No claim can be considered if it is not
accompanied by a completed service adjustment coupon or written
authorization from our overseas representatives, and/or hotels.
Alteration: Sunny Land
Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter the content of a
tour should conditions make this necessary. In this event, the
best possible alternative will be offered and a proportional
refund made as appropriate.
Tour Performance Warranty: If
for any reason within our control, Sunny Land Tours fails to
provide any service, hotel, cruise, meal, or transportation as
outlined in the final itinerary, an appropriate refund will be
issued to the client upon presentation of a completed service
adjustment coupon or written authorization from our overseas
represent-atives. No claim can be considered if not made within
60 days from completion of tour.
Responsibility and Liability:
Sunny Land Tours, Inc, in operating these land arrangements is
responsible to the tour participants for supplying the services
and accommodations offered to the participants as stated in the
brochure. Sunny Land Tours, Inc., as tour operator, disclaims
all liability for loss, damage or injury sustained in connection
with services and accommodations provided by railroads, bus
operators, local sight-seeing companies, tour operators,
steamship companies, airlines, hotels and lodging facilities,
all operating under the laws of the country in which these
services are provided. The right to alter any land tour
arrangement is reserved. Transatlantic round trip flights by any
IATA carrier, which cannot be held responsible for any act,
omission or event during the time passengers are not on board
their aircraft. Cruise tickets when issued, constitute the sole
contract between the carrier and the passenger. The carriers
concerned are not in any event responsible for any act, omission
or event, occurring during the time passengers are not aboard
their plane, vessels or other conveyances.
