1ST DAY U.S. / SAN JOSE
Arrival in San Jose International Airport where you will be met by our representatives. Transfer to the deluxe Real Inter-Continental, Alta Hotel or to the superior tourist Best Western Irazú Hotel.
2ND DAY TORTUGUERO NATIONAL PARK 
In the morning, your trip to Tortuguero National Park on the Atlantic Coast will begin. You will depart to Limon crossing Costa Rica from west to east, descending into the lowlands of the Caribbean coast. We will stop for breakfast and continue through a great variety of life zones, like a cloud forest, dense jungles, rivers, lakes and waterfalls that plummet from high cliff into a lush green sea of tropical growth. In Hamburgo de Siquirres, an area surrounded by banana plantations, you will board a river boat where our exciting tour will begin. During the two hour trip, you will be able to observe various animals and vegetation. Late afternoon you will arrive at the Mawamba Lodge in Tortuguero for check-in dinner and overnight. 3RD DAY TORTUGUERO NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast you will explore the National Park of Tortuguero . It is the green turtle nesting site you have probably seen on T.V. It has nature trails as well as river channels where you can see many land and sea birds, monkeys and even the rare manatee. The tour ends on the beaches of the park where you can see turtle tracks and occasionally nearly hatched babies. Lunch at the lodge. The afternoon is at leisure or you can rent locally a canoe to further explore the area. After dinner visit the village and tavern. During the turtle season (July to September) you can take a walk on the beach where you may see turtles nesting. Meals: B, L, D
4TH DAY CHACHAGUA AND ARENAL VOLCANO
After an early breakfast, we board our boats back on the waterways to reach Caņo Blanco. After lunch our private 2 hour transfer will bring you on the road directly to Arenal and the picturesque town of La Fortuna where you will get your first full view of this majestic volcano and, as the clouds lift, its awe-inspiring perfect cone. Check-in at Chachagua Rainforest Hotel to a lovely Rainforest Room set amidst rich tropical forest. Dinner and overnight. Meals B, L, D
5TH DAY CHACHAGUA RAINFOREST, ARENAL VOLCANO & TABACON HOT SPRINGS
Enjoy an early morning self-guided walk through Chachagua's private rain forest, rich in tropical flora, fauna and wildlife. Later this afternoon, tour Arenal Volcano with a guided hike on El Silencio Trail in Arenal National Park. Next, enjoy Tabacon's thermal hot springs against the backdrop of active Arenal. Soak in the maze of pools, waterfalls and cascades pulsating with thermal water flanked by thriving tropical gardens. A fabulous buffet dinner is included in this Garden of Eden like experience. 6TH DAY CHACHAGUA RAINFOREST/ MANUEL ANTONIO
After breakfast, depart with your private transfer to the gorgeous Central Pacific Coast and to the treasure of white sand beaches housed in Manuel Antonio National Park (park closed Mondays).
